¡Salud PUENTE! Raffle Official Rules

Void outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia and where prohibited. Do not proceed to enter if you are not at least 21 years of age and not a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, at the time of entry. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which are binding in all matters relating to this raffle. Raffle is offered by PUENTE Learning Center and may be promoted by PUENTE Learning Center in various creative executions online and in print at any time during the raffle. Note that the Websites referenced within these Official Rules may not be the full list of websites (i.e., specific URLs) used to promote this Raffle. If the promotional ad you see in a magazine or website or hyperlink that you follow online to enter this Raffle refers to these Official Rules, such website is considered a “Website” under this promotion.

RAFFLE PERIOD: The ¡Salud PUENTE! Raffle (“Raffle”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PST) on 9/14/2022 and ends at 7:00 p.m. PST on 09/29/2022 (“Raffle Period”).

SPONSOR: PUENTE Learning Center 501 S. Boyle Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90033 (“Sponsor”).

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter.

Method #1. Purchase a raffle ticket online at www.puente.org/salud

Method #2. Purchase a raffle ticket in person at the ¡Salud PUENTE!

ELIGIBILITY: This Raffle is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.

WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: On 09/29/2022, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Raffle Period to select eight (8) potential winners: (1) 4-pack of 1-day, 1-park admission tickets to Disneyland, (2) Two 1-Day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood, (3) Two tickets to the UCLA Bruins vs. Arizona Wildcats football game, (4) Two General Admission tickets to Rooftop Cinema Club + more.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified in-person or via email, DocuSign, and/or mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS W9 form, and Release of Liability/Publicity within ten (10) days of date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If such documents are not returned within the specified time-period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

RELEASES: By participating in this Raffle, entrants agree to release Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, mentor promotion of the Raffle and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Raffle and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

You Have Not Yet Won. All entries have the same chance of winning. No one will know whom the winner is until after the Raffle ends.
