As you will see in the pages ahead, PUENTE has remained a leader in providing educational services in four core program areas: As these services illustrate, the work we do here at PUENTE matters. We continue to draw more students every day who want to improve their lives and gain access to opportunities. •Children - PUENTE provided over 200 students with high-quality education through Preschool, Charter School, After School, and Summer Enrichment. We welcomed our inaugural 2nd grade class as the Charter School continues its phased expansion. •Youth - PUENTE closed the achievement gap for low-income students from Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles as they persisted through high school and post-secondary education. •Adults - Over 1,000 adult students came to PUENTE to become more self-sufficient and excel.
